Questions
- Can we use both tools?
- Yes. Each is complete on its own, and they share one login and one set of people. Start with the one you need and switch the other on when you are ready.
- How many people can use it?
- As many as you like, with no per-user charge. The owner invites staff from Settings and gives each person a role, so the sales manager, the service desk and every technician can all have their own login.
- Is there a contract or a setup fee?
- No setup fee and no long contract. Pay monthly and stop when you like, or pay yearly and get two months free. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with no card needed.
- What do texts cost?
- Your plan includes 1,500 texts and 500 call minutes a month. Beyond that, extra texts are 6p and call minutes 12p. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account, and replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.
