Questions people ask

Can we use both tools?
Yes. Each is complete on its own, and they share one login and one set of people. Start with the one you need and switch the other on when you are ready.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like, with no per-user charge. The owner invites staff from Settings and gives each person a role, so the sales manager, the service desk and every technician can all have their own login.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No setup fee and no long contract. Pay monthly and stop when you like, or pay yearly and get two months free. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with no card needed.
Is our data separate from other businesses?
Completely. Every record belongs to your business and every request is checked against the signed-in person’s business. Another company’s stock, customers, photos and messages do not exist as far as your users are concerned, and we test that deliberately with every release.
Who is behind it?
Forecourt is built and run by Abbeygate Accountancy, a Suffolk accountancy practice with an automotive specialism. It started as a tool for our own dealer clients’ stock checks and stocking loan reconciliations, and grew into the workshop.
